OrthoBanc Is the New Home of the Zuelke Automated Credit Coach

Chattanooga, TN – December 3, 2009 – OrthoBanc, a Chattanooga, Tennessee, based payment management company, has completed an asset acquisition of Acceptx Financial Services, Inc. that includes the Zuelke Automated Credit Coach (ZACC) and Acceptx case acceptance software.

The acquisition by OrthoBanc, completed in late November, provides current Acceptx clients a greater level of support. Brett Blake, former President and CEO of Acceptx, said, “OrthoBanc is a company well known in the Orthodontic industry and respected for their responsiveness to practices.  I have found them to be a company that does things the right way, with high integrity and a commitment to quality.”

“We are pleased to add these two services to our suite of financial services for orthodontists and dentists,” said Bill Holt, President of OrthoBanc, LLC. “We are committed to their continued development.”

ZACC is a credit analysis tool based upon an algorithm developed over 20 years by Paul Zuelke, a financial consultant to the healthcare industry. ZACC provides a quick, but thorough analysis of risk associated with a patient/responsible billing party. Practices utilizing ZACC can setup payment arrangements with the confidence that the payment plan matches the level of risk being assumed.

The two services will eventually be integrated into OrthoBanc’s existing services so that access will be seamless.

OrthoBanc has provided payment management and financial services to orthodontists and dentists for 10 years and are now used by more than 2,000 practices nationwide. For more information about ZACC, visit www.getzacc.com. Information about OrthoBanc can be obtained at www.orthobanc.com.
